Machining

Our premises in Shanghai have facilities for machining, milling and smaller welding jobs. Primarily we support assembly in Uddevalla by manufacturing parts in stainless steel, aluminium, black steel and plastic.

All parts are inspected by three competent employees, and measurements are documented.

Transport is quick, by air, and the whole procedure is controlled by kanban card to check storage levels. In addition to our own machining, UFAB has a wide network of suppliers in Sweden and Europe who also work with machining, licensed welding and thin sheet metal work (black and white material). This allows UFAB to undertake complex machine projects with a wide variation in the machine’s components.
